Talk to your house through the AI app you already use. Chirp is a home automation platform for ordinary homes, and this connector points it at yours. Ask the questions you actually have. Which smart home sensors have gone quiet this week? What set off the alert at 2am on Sunday? How cold did the garage get while we were away? Has the utility room stayed dry since the leak sensor went in? Your assistant reads what your own home has recorded and tells you in plain words — no dashboard to hunt through, no app to learn. Then it does something about it. Add a new sensor and get it reporting. Walk through your automations. Check that an alert really lands on your phone. Pull the numbers behind whatever a dashboard is showing. Send a command to a device. Nothing about it is technical, and that's the point. There's no key to generate, copy or paste — you sign in with your usual Chirp account in the browser, once. What your AI app can see and do is exactly what you can: if something's hidden
Chirp Home Automation is a remote MCP server published at docs.chirpwireless.io. It has been probed 33 times since 9/10/2026. It answered in 33 of them (100.0%), a near-uninterrupted record. Median response time is 421 ms, placing it among the faster endpoints. Its tool list could not be read; the server is closed to direct calls. On the protocol side it still runs 2025-11-25 and has not moved to the newer spec.

tools/list structure, inputSchema validity, and a functional smoke test — the components of the 0-100 score.
Each block is one measurement round. Green: working response. Amber: responded but the server was returning errors (5xx). Red: no response at all.
Each cell is one probe run. Faded cells are incomplete probes — one leg did not answer, so the era is inconclusive.
The two probe legs separately: modern server/discover and legacy initialize.
Derived by comparing consecutive probes — changes in era, protocol version, build and reachability.
Add this badge to your README — it updates automatically as measurements change.
